January 29, Fineko/abc.az. Lukoil has signed an agreement with American investment company Carlyle on the sale of LUKOIL International GmbH, which owns group's foreign assets.

ABC.AZ informs that the transaction does not affect assets in Kazakhstan and requires a number of regulatory approvals, including OFAC approval. The agreement is not exclusive - the company continues negotiations with other potential buyers.
