ABC.AZ informs that the commercial rights to Khaby Lame brand were acquired by Rich Sparkle Holdings. This allows using Tiktoker's image without his constant involvement - an AI double will work instead.

The digital avatar will be able to produce content, advertise, and stream multilingual content 24/7 in different time zones. Lame's face, voice, and behavioral patterns will be used to simulate style and reactions.

The deal is estimated at $900-975 million. According to analysts, revenue from livestream commerce and product lines can reach up to $4 bn a year. At the same time, Lame himself retains a controlling stake in the company.
