January 26, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, Azerbaijan’s natural gas exports to Europe totaled 11.58 bcm for $5.41 million. Although the volume remained stable compared with Jan-Nov 2024, the price rise increased export revenue by 18.3%.

ABC.AZ reports that during this period, the average price of gas in Europe was $467 per 1,000 cu m. In 2024, the average price was $395 per 1,000 cu m. Thus, the average price of Azerbaijani gas at the European market increased by $72 per 1,000 cu m, or by 18.2% year-on-year.

Italy was the main buyer, and Azerbaijan exported 8.78 bcm of gas for $4.23 billion there (Jan-Nov 2024 - 8.93 bcm  for $3.64 million).

Azerbaiajn exported 1.77 bcm for $640 million to Bulgaria (Jan-Nov 2024 - 1.74 bcm for $560 million), 830 million cu m $428 million to Greece (849 million cu m for $358 million), 193 million cu m for $106 million to Serbia (average price of $552/1,000 cu m).

Azerbaiajn gas exports to the Syrian Arab Republic as of November 2025 totaled 25 million cu m for $87 million (average price of $343 per 1,000 cu m).
