January 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's football club Qarabağ defeated Eintracht with a score of 3:2 in the general stage of the UEFA Champions League.

ABC.AZ informs that this victory brought income of €2.1 million (approx. 4.2 million manats) for the Azerbaijani club.

In particular, UEFA provides a bonus of €2.1 million for each victory at the league stage.

In total, Qarabag has already earned €23.7 million (47.735 million manats) for reaching the league stage.

In other matches, Qarabag beat Benfica 3-2 and Copenhagen 2-0, which earned the club an additional €4.2 million (8.3 million manats), bringing the total revenue up to €27.97 million (55.8 million manats).

If we add to this amount Aghdam's draw with Chelsea at the league stage (€700,000 euros) and the victory over Eintracht (€2.1 million euros), then the total amount of club's income within the league has reached €30.77 million (approx. 61.4 million manats).
