December 25, Fineko/abc.az. The updated paper banknotes with face value of 50 manats signed by Central Bank’s governor  Taleh Kazimov will enter circulation on December 25, 2025.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that the signature is shown on the front side of the banknote in the upper left corner. The paper money sign also shows the year of issue - "2025".

Other design elements and technical parameters of the updated 50-manat banknote have been preserved unchanged in accordance with the currently available paper banknote of the same denomination.

The updated paper banknote with face value of 50 manats will be in circulation in parallel with the currently in circulation banknotes of the same face value.
