December 24, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, 331.339 million manats of insurance premiums were collected in Azerbaijan on compulsory types of insurance (7% more against Jan-Nov 2024), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA.

The compulsory insurance compensations for this period were paid for 131.691 million manats (4.5% more than a year earlier). Thus, for the past 11 months, 39.7 manats of payments were made for every 100 manats of premiums gathered, whereas a year ago this figure was 40.7 manats.

For Jan-Nov 2025, 16 insurance companies in Azerbaijan collected premiums for 1.365 billion manats on all types of insurance (11.7% more). Compensation payments by insurers amounted to 844.8 million manats (21.7% more).

Over Jan-Nov 2025, 61.9 manats were paid out of every 100 manats of premiums in the insurance market, compared with 56.8 manats last year.
