December 23, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic received 6,744 electronic appeals from legal entities and individuals, as well as notary offices.

ABC.AZ informs that the indicator is 13.9% more against the 2024 same term.

In addition, technical documentation for 6,929 real estate properties has been prepared in Nakhchivan for 11 months. Of them, 2,485 are technical passports for the property, and 4,444 are planning and measuring documents for the land plot.

Additional addresses were given to 932 new real estate objects, including 677 land plots, 136 private residential buildings, 75 apartments, 25 non-residential buildings, 17 non-residential plots and 2 property complexes.
