December 23, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, 67 auctions were held in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic related to the privatization of state property, the transfer to private ownership and lease of land owned by municipalities, the sale of mortgaged property, and the use of the earth's interior.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Economy of Nakhchivan that the auctions were conducted by the Auction Organization Center under the State Service for Property Issues.

As a result, 12 vehicles owned by the state, 8 non-residential premises, 11 items of raw materials were privatized, 20 land plots owned by municipalities were transferred to ownership, 10 land plots were leased.

Sold 2 private residential buildings, 1 apartment, which are the subject of a mortgage.

3 mineral deposits were put into operation at 3 auctions related to subsurface use.
