December 18, Fineko/abc.az. By December 1, 2025, 616 investment promotion documents were issued to Azerbaijani entrepreneurs.

ABC.AZ informs that First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev made the above-said statement at the Dayaq award ceremony.

He added that as a result of those investment-stimulated projects, it is planned to invest 7.4 billion manats in local production.

The deputy minister recalled that for Jan-Nov 2025, the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABIF) gave concessional loans for more than 340 million manats to over than 5,800 investment projects: "ABIF also participates in projects that are competitive and create added value, aimed, in particular, at export and import substitution. Over the past 5 years, the total cost of projects in which funds have been invested through this structure has amounted to approx. 1.8 billion manats."
