December 2, Fineko/abc.az. Pavel Durov launched Cocoon (Confidential Compute Open Network) on the TON blockchain.

ABC.AZ reports that he told about it in his Telegram channel.

According to Durov, owners of graphics processors have already started to earn income in TON. The first user requests are handled with complete confidentiality. The network is fully operational: a website with documentation and source code is working.

Durov emphasized that centralized computing providers such as Amazon and Microsoft are raising prices and reducing privacy. Cocoon is designed to solve these problems.

Durov presented the project in October at forum Blockchain Life 2025 in Dubai. It will allow GPU owners to provide their TON mining capacities, developers to connect applications to AI computing, and users to maintain confidentiality when working with AI products.
