Azeralumunium exports decreased by 15% in 10 months

November 28, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of aluminum exported by Azeralumunium LLC decreased in 10 months of 2025.

ABC.AZ infoms that according to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications, products for $103.8 million were exported ($14.9 million, or 15% less against Jan-Oct 2024).

The aluminum complex, which is the main enterprise of the company, is located in the city of Ganja. The total area of the complex is 81 hectares, and the total building area is 102,000 m2. The complex includes 4 plants (an electrolysis plant, an anode process plant, a metal casting and continuous rolling plant, a pressure treatment and painting plant) and 2 auxiliary sites (a 110 kW substation and silica leveling, a mechanical repair station), and other facilities. The total number of staff at the complex is 1,084 people. The Mingachevir hydroelectric power station provides the main energy demand. A 330 kV substation was also built and put into operation to ensure the energy consumption of the complex in the required proportions.
