October 22, Fineko/abc.az. As of October 1, 2025, Azerbaijan's public debt amounted to 25.365 bn manats, which is equal to 19.5% of GDP.
ABC.AZ informs, citing the Ministry of Finance, that of the total debt, 17.46 bn manats accounted for domestic debt and $4.89 bn, or 8.318 bn manats for external debt.
