September 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund plans to purchase new housing within the housing rental mechanism with the obligation to sell it.

ABC.AZ informs that the AMCGF has begun preparations for this.

The purchase of residential premises, taking into account the needs of citizens, will be carried out in residential areas located within the Sumgait city administrative territory.

The total area of the residential premises to be purchased will be at least 20,000 sq m. The estimated purchase price is 200.4 million manats.
