September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the Rules for Receiving, Verifying, and Issuing Documents for the State Registration of Property Rights.

According to ABC.AZ, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new resolution on this matter.

Under the resolution, the information contained in a property extract can now be provided (or obtained) through the Electronic Government Information System (EHIS).

Presentation of the data via EHIS will be considered equivalent to presenting the official extract.
