September 9, Fineko/abc.az. The closed joint-stock company (CJSC) AzRusTrans is being liquidated.

According to ABC.AZ, the company announced that creditors may submit their claims within two months to the following address: AZ1025, Baku, Khatai District, Hasan Salmani Street, Building 17, Apartment 193.

The CJSC was registered in 2016. The legal representative of the company, which has a charter capital of 150,000 manats, is Orkhan Heydarov.

CJSC Azerbaijan Railways and the Russian grain rail transport operator CJSC RusAgroTrans established the joint venture AzRusTrans to increase the share of rail transportation in cargo turnover between Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Georgia, and Türkiye. The CJSC owns a private fleet of trains in both Russia and Azerbaijan.
