September 3, Fineko/abc.az. The 4th Azerbaijan–Türkiye Energy Forum will take place tomorrow in Izmir with the participation of Azerbaijan’s Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov and Türkiye’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the Ministry of Energy, that the forum will feature discussions and the signing of a protocol covering the hydrocarbon and petrochemical sectors, renewable energy, energy efficiency, regulation, the mining industry, and other areas.

As part of the event, participants are also scheduled to visit the SOCAR Aliaga terminal.

The Azerbaijan–Türkiye Energy Forum was established within the framework of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the two countries to further strengthen strategic energy cooperation.
