Japan to Increase Investments in India to $68 Billion Over the Next 10 Years

August 29, Fineko/abc.az. Japan and India are intensifying the development of bilateral relations in all areas, including the economy and security. Over the next ten years, Tokyo plans to increase the volume of Japanese private investments in the Indian economy to 10 trillion yen ($68 billion).

According to ABC.AZ, Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba announced this following talks in Tokyo with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Earlier, speaking at the Japan-India Business Forum in Tokyo, Ishiba also stated that Japan will actively develop bilateral economic relations with India, including cooperation in industry and human resources.
