August 28, Fineko/abc.az. In January–July of this year, insurance premiums in Azerbaijan from non-life insurance types amounted to 406.435 million manats.

According to ABC.AZ, citing the Central Bank, this is 7% more than in the same period of 2024. Insurance payouts on non-life insurance types during the reporting period increased by 6.1% and reached 153.257 million manats.

Thus, in 7 months, for every 100 manats of insurance premiums collected on the non-life insurance market, clients received 37.7 manats in payouts. A year earlier, this figure stood at 38 manats. Over the past 7 months, 56.4 manats were paid out of every 100 manats of total insurance premiums collected on the overall insurance market, compared to 52.6 manats in the same period last year.
