August 26, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of this year, the volume of Azerbaijan’s real estate market is expected to reach $501.33 billion. According to ABC.AZ, of this amount, $403.46 billion will account for residential housing, the main segment of the market.

The average annual growth rate of this segment in 2025–2029 is projected at 7.39%, bringing the market volume to $666.65 billion in 2029. “Demand for luxury real estate in Azerbaijan is growing. One of the main reasons for this trend is the increase in foreign investment in the country,” the report notes. It is forecast that this year the country with the largest real estate market in the world will be the United States — $136.6 trillion.
