August 15, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues ensured the receipt of 112.9 million manats from privatization and lease to the State Budget for Jan-Jul 2025, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Service. 

Over Jan-Jul 2025, the Service held 26 auctions, at which a block of shares in 4 joint-stock companies, 1 small state-owned enterprise, and 500 vehicles were privatized. 

In the first 7 months of this year, State Budget revenues from privatization amounted to 86 million manats. In addition, 2,474 new lease agreements were signed for Jan-Jul 2025, including 406 ones on non-residential premises and 2,068 ones on land plots. 

The State Budget received 26.9 million manats from the rental of immovable state property (non-residential premises and land plots). 
Thus, over Jan-Jul 2025, a total of 112.9 million manats were received from privatization and leasing of state property.
