August 14, Fineko/abc.az. For the past 7 months of this year, 5.874 million manats of VAT paid to foreign citizens for goods purchased in the country for non-industrial and non-commercial purposes was returned from the State Budget, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Ministry of Finance.

This amount also includes VAT refunded for medical services rendered by medical institutions and individuals engaged in private medical practice.
