August 8, Fineko/abc.az. On August 13, auctions for the sale of real estate of Zamin Bank, Texnika Bank, Günay Bank and Demir Bank, which are in the process of liquidation, will be held at Baku Auction Center LLC, ABC.AZ was informed by the liquidator of the banks, the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund. 

The non-residential premises belonging to Zamin Bank with an area of 80.3 sqm worth 190,000 manats, 143.4 sq m worth 326,000 manats and 216.3 sq m worth 491,000 manats (located at add: 145 Murtuza Mukhtarov Street, Yasamal district, Baku) will be put up for auction, an apartment with area of 71.69 sq m worth 115.420 manats (add: 83 Mirza Fatali Akhundov Street, Yasamal district, Baku); non-residential premises with an area of 111.5 sq m owned by Texnika Bank and worth 245,000 manats (add: 12A Babek Avenue, Khatayi district, Baku); non-residential premises belonging to Günay Bank with an area of 270.6 sq m worth 800,000 manats (add: 3a Koroglu Rahimov Street, Narimanov district, Baku); 126.5 sq m uninhabited plot belonging to Demir Bank with an area of 260,000 manats (add: Sumgayit, Industrial Zone, Metallurg Street).
