August 4, Fineko/abc.az. More than 56 million manats have been invested in Khankendi, Khojaly and Aghdere. Important results have been achieved in restoring the economy, ensuring economic activity and employment in the territories liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ reports that President’s Special Representative in the city of Khankendi, Aghdere and Khojaly districts, Elchin Yusubov, made the above-said statement when delivering speech at the VI Summer Camp of Diasporic Youth, held in Khankendi.

According to Yusubov, a total of 506 objects have been leased across the territory: "374 objects have been commissioned to entrepreneurs in the city of Khankendi, 35 ones in Aghdere district, and 97 in Khojaly district. Most of the facilities are already running. To date, investors have invested more than 56 million manats in the territory. Over 2,000 people have been provided with jobs at the commissioned facilities. With the launch of other facilities under existing contracts, the number of jobs will exceed 5,000."
