Central Bank of Iran: Oil and gas sector grew by 11%, country's GDP exceeds $357 bn

August 1, Fineko/abc.az. Iran's oil and gas sector rose in price by 11.2% from March 20 last year to current year 2025, the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic cites data.

ABC.AZ informs that GDP of the oil & gas sector in current prices has reached nearly $29 billion. The Central Bank indicated that this industry accounted for over 8% of overall GDP.

The total volume of Iranian GDP for the specified period, including crude oil production, reached close to $357 billion (32.4% more than last year).
