July 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Peach Festival will be held in Khachmaz district on August 7.

ABC.AZ reports that the event is to take place on the territory of the Food City Agrocomplex, located in the city of Khudat.

The festival, held on the initiative of the Khachmaz District Executive Authority, is aimed at developing peach production in the country, increasing the export potential of this fruit, popularizing national traditions and customs, as well as the hospitality of the Azerbaijani people and the tourist opportunities of the republic.

As part of the festival, visitors will be presented compositions about the traditions and customs of our people, national dances, peach varieties grown in the region, sweets and drinks made from this fruit. There will also be stands reflecting the cuisine and lifestyle of the national minorities living in the region.
