July 24, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has defined the procedure for issuing opinions within the licensing procedure for the construction and installation of facilities intended for the production and processing of agricultural products.

ABC.AZ informs that President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree.

Under the document, the authority issuing the construction permit, during the permitting procedure, must send requests to the relevant structures, the conclusions of which are considered necessary, taking into account the functional purpose and characteristics of each construction site.

The decree stipulates that when placing a construction project on a land plot, the quality indicators of the land will be taken into account, and if there are other buildings on this site, the principle of concentration will be applied. The suitability of the construction site for the declared agricultural activity will also be assessed.
