July 22, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 6 months of 2025, 38.8% of the annual finances allocated, or 1.552 billion manats, were used for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the territories liberated from occupation, based on cash orders submitted by customers for the relevant projects.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Ministry of Finance, that 1.353 billion manats of those finances were allocated for infrastructure projects, including 1.58 billion manats for the design, construction and reconstruction of highways; 239.5 million manats for the design and construction of new residential complexes; 33.7 million manats for the preparation of design estimates and the construction of main water pipes, sewage and storm collectors; 20.5 million manats for the organization of industrial parks and the creation of infrastructure on their territory; 1.7 million manats will be used to provide settlements in the liberated territories with external electricity, 182 million manats will be used to finance social projects in the fields of education, healthcare, culture and sports, and 16.8 million manats will be used to mine the territories.

This year, the State Budget envisages 4 billion manats for the restoration of Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, liberated from occupation, as well as for the creation of the necessary infrastructure.
