July 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued a binding order to Azsığorta OJSC.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA that during the monitoring conducted in Azsığorta, it turned out that no civil law contracts were concluded with independent experts.

Therefore, in accordance with the requirements of Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities, the company has been issued a binding order.
