July 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued mandatory orders to insurance companies Ateshgah Sıgorta and Meqa Sıgorta.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA, that during the monitoring in both companies it was revealed that no civil law contracts were concluded with independent experts.

In this regard, in accordance with the requirements of Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities, mandatory regulations have been issued to companies.
