July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued binding orders to PASHA Sığorta OJSC and Ipək Yolu Sığorta OJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that due to the fact that during the monitoring conducted by the CBA in Paşa Sığorta OJSC and Ipək Yolu Sığorta OJSC, no civil law contracts were concluded with independent experts, in accordance with the requirements of Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities, a mandatory order was issued to both insurers.
