July 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued binding orders to insurance companies Xalq Sığorta and Azərbaycan Sənaye Sığorta.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that the relevant decision was made based on the results of monitoring conducted in both companies.

During the audit, it was found that the companies had not concluded civil law contracts with independent experts, which contradicts the requirements of article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities. In this regard, the CBA applied regulatory measures.
