July 11, Fineko/abc.az. A unified information system of municipalities in Azerbaijan will be created.

ABC.AZ reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the draft amendments to the Tax Code, as well as the Laws on the Status of Municipalities, on the Basics of Municipal Finance, on the Management of Municipal Lands, on Local (Municipal) Taxes & Payments and on Approval of the Regulations on the Tax Service of Municipalities, adopted by Milli Majlis on June 24.

Notifications from municipalities will be sent electronically.

According to the decree, the Cabinet Ministers must, within two months, determine the scope of the information that will be transmitted to the unified information system of municipalities and received from the system, and inform the Azerbaijani President.
