July 10, Fineko/abc.az. According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, for the period from July 2024 to June 2025, the largest number of complaints about compulsory motor insurance accounted for Ateshgah Sıgorta OJSC and Pasha Sıgorta OJSC.

ABC.AZ informs that thus, the complaint index of those insurers was 1.27 and 1.18, respectively, which indicates that the average level of complaints was exceeded.

Qala Sıgorta OJSC (0.51) and Azerbaijan Senaye Sığorta OJSC (0.42) demonstrated the lowest indicators, which testifies about comparatively high level of customer service.
