July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Rules for Accounting for Unemployment Insurance and Reporting approved by the Resolution from December 29, 2017.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.

According to the Resolution, in accordance with the Law on Unemployment Insurance, policyholders are required to inform the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy no later than the 20th day of the following month after the end of the quarter, in case of temporary termination of the insurer's activities, as well as in case of its liquidation or termination of the insurer's activities within 30 days from the date of notification in the relevant application (certificate), but not later than the deadline set by law for submitting the report, in the form established by this body.
