June 23, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May 2025, the State Service for Property Issues registered and provided an extract of 148,678 property ownership rights.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Service, this is 3.7% less versus Jan-May 2024.

Of the registered property rights, 24,147 (16.8%) accounted for initial registration, and 123,731 (83.2%) for re-registration. And this is 4% more and 5.1% less than 1 year ago, respectively.

For Jan-May 2025, the state registration of ownership rights was carried out for 26,019 individual residential and country houses, 35,630 apartments, 81,642 land plots, 1,237 non-residential buildings, 3,794 non-residential premises, 285 property complexes, 68 multi-storey residential buildings and 3 objects of perennial plantings.

Of the property rights registered during this period, 38,659 belong to Baku, while the rest belong to the regions.

Over the year, the number of technical data sheets issued decreased by 8.2% to 105,328, while the number of registered mortgage agreements decreased by 16.1% to 24,599.
