May 5, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after a drop following the past week.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for July on the ICE Futures exchange dropped by $2.13 (3.48%) to $59.16 per barrel by 09:20. Following the trading on May 2, July’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.84 (1.35%) to $61.29 per barrel.

The price of June’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange declined by $2.20 (3.77%) to $56.09 per barrel by 09:20. Following the trading on May 2, WTI oil futures for June decreased in price by $0.95 (1.60%), to $58.29 per barrel.

Last week, crude oil Brent fell by 6.85%, while WTI by 7.51%.
