April 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued binding orders to Xalq Sığorta, Şirvan Sığorta və Təkrarsığorta Brokeri and Azərbaycan Inşurans Brokinq, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA.

As part of the inspections conducted by the CBA, it turned out that the companies did not comply with the requirements of insurance legislation. Therefore, on the basis of Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activity, they were given a binding order.
