April 1, Fineko/abc.az. A new fine is imposed for payments relating to the execution.

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the proposed amendment to the Administrative Offences Code, which was put up for discussion at today's session of parliament.

According to the amendments, officials will be fined 500 to 1,000 manats for accepting funds payable under executive documents, executive payments, as well as expenses relating to executive actions, in cash, or for making payments by an executive officer to a recoverer or debtor.

The bill was adopted in the first reading.
