March 13, Fineko/abc.az. Commercial oil reserves in the U.S. increased by 1.4 million barrels in a week and reached 435.2 million barrels as of March 7, 2025, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the U.S. Department of Energy.
The Department clarified that the current volume of reserves is 5% lower than the five-year average for this time of year.
The price of May’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE exchange rose by 1.17% to $70.74 per barrel, while the price of April’s WTI crude futures grew by 1.32% to $67.57 per barrel.
