January 7, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan observed an increase on premiums and compensation payments on compulsory real estate insurance.

ABC.AZ informs, with reference to the Central Bank, that the premiums on this type of insurance for Jan-Nov 2024 amounted to 75.4 million (2.4 million manats, or 3% more against Jan-Nov 2023 - 72.6 million manats) and compensation payments 2.44 million manats (2.694 million manats or 2.3-fold less than a year earlier - 4.737 million manats).

The loss rate for Jan-Nov 2024 was 3% (4% less than a year ago - 7%).
