December 20, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Friday’s trading.

The price of Brent crude futures for February on the ICE Futures exchange fell by $0.46 (0.63%) to $72.42 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on December 19, February’s Brent crude futures decreased by $0.51 (0.69%) to $72.88 per barrel.

The price of February’s WTI oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange dropped by $0.42 (0.61%) to $68.96 per barrel by 09:35. Following the trading on December 19, WTI oil futures for February decreased in price by $0.64 (0.91%) to $69.38 per barrel.

Since the beginning of this week, both Brent and WTI have lost more than 2.5% in price.
