December 10, Fineko/abc.az. As of December 1, 2024, the number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan reached 800,900 (5.2% more in annual terms), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Tax Service.

During the year, the number of active VAT-payers grew by 13.9%, up to 52,000. In addition, the number of active business entities (facilities) in the country increased by 5.5%, up to 215,700.
