November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Apple Distribution International Limited has been registered electronically in the Republic of Azerbaijan for VAT purposes. The registration of a company for VAT purposes comes into force on December 1 of this year.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the provisions of the Tax Code, starting from this date, for the purchase of Apple Distribution International Limited services, the amount of VAT at the expense of the buyer (citizens) by the banks making the payment will not be charged.

The registration of Apple Distribution International Limited for VAT was made possible by installing the appropriate software (https://ecommerce.e-taxes.gov.az /) in the Internet Tax Department of the State Tax Service. The portal was created in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Code and Cabinet Ministers Resolution #387 from 30 October 2023 "The procedure for tax registration, re-registration and de-registration in electronic form of a non-resident engaged in e-commerce through an online information resource, registration as a VAT payer, filing a VAT declaration and paying VAT".
