 November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Dividend receipts from enterprises whose shares have a state share are planned for 2025 in the amount of 612.2 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the Accounts Chamber's response on the Bill on State Budget 2025. Revenues for 2025 total 54 million manats or 9.7% more than the forecast for 2024.

Growth is mainly linked with an increase in dividend payments to state non-financial organizations by 54 million manats with a forecast of 462 million manats. It is assumed that the payment of dividends in the amount of 462 million manats will be made by the State oil Company of Azerbaijan.

The payment of dividends in the amount of 408 million manats, which will also be received in 2024 from state non-financial organizations, is provided only for SOCAR, from which finances were not paid to the State Budget during 8 months of this year. At that, in 2023, payment of dividends in the amount of 200 million manats was provided for the relevant company, but the payment of this amount was not ensured. Nevertheless, Draft Budget 2025 envisages 462 billion manats with a rise in the amount of dividends by 54 million manats.

Over the first 8 months of 2024, finances  for dividends in the amount of 169.9 million manats were received, of which 169.4 million manats were paid to the State Budget by International Bank of Azerbaijan, 500,000 manats – NBCO Aqrarkredit CJSC.
