Kazakhstan signs agreements on projects with total value of $3.7 bn within COP 29

 November 15, Fineko/abc.az. Kazakhstan has signed agreements on new projects with total value of $3.7 bn within COP29,

ABC.AZ reports, quoting Kazakhstan’s Deputy Energy Minister Ilyas Bakytzhan as saying this at the Investment Forum on Energy Transition in Central Asia within COP29 in Baku.

"First of all, I’d like to thank the organizers and congratulate the Azerbaijani side on holding CAP29, this largest climate event. Our countries have ambitious plans to achieve general and regional sustainability and environmental safety in the future," the deputy minister said.

He added that within COP29, Kazakhstan has successfully announced large intergovernmental projects in the field of green energy development.
