November 6, Fineko/abc.az. Following the 1st half of the 2025 financial year, the net profit of Japanese automaker Honda Motor Co. unexpectedly decreased by 19.7% year-on-year and reached 494.7 billion yens ($3.26 billion) against 616.3 billion yens for Jan-Jun 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that analysts surveyed by Quick estimated it at 690.9 billion yens on average.

Company's press release says that in April-September, Honda's revenue grew by 12.4% to 10.8 trillion yens.

Operating profit increased by 6.6% up to 742.61 billion yens.
