October 21, Fineko/abc.az. LUKOIL bought 2 service companies in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO).

ABC.AZ reports that this is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

According to the Register, LUKOIL-Western Siberia, LUKOIL's daughter, became the owner of:

99.9% in Kogalym NPO-Service (Kogalym oilfield equipment-service)

99.9% in Urai NPO-service (Urai oilfield equipment-service).

The remaining 0.1% in each of the acquired companies was received by K.N. Holding LLC, a 100% daughter of LUKOIL, which is a co-founder of a number of oil companies in the KhMAO: Laduketskoye, Ritek, Yugranefteprom, Pulytinskoye.
