October 21, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Monday’s trading after a sharp decline following the past week.

The price of Brent crude futures for December on the ICE Futures exchange grew by $0.31 (0.42%) to $73.37 per barrel by 09:45. Following the trading on October 18, December’s Brent crude futures dropped by $1.39 (1.87%) to $73.06 per barrel.

The price of November’s WTI oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange rose by $0.39 (0.57%) to $69.08 per barrel by 09:45. Following the trading on October 18, WTI oil futures for November declined in price by $1.45 (2.05%) to $69.22 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil fell by 7.57% and WTI oil by 8.39%.
