According to sellers, there has been shortage of buyers in the market in recent days. But although shortage of buyers usually leads to lower prices, this time it did not happen.

Entrepreneurs say that, in particular, prices for commonly used lumber have increased.

Entrepreneur Vugar Azimov says that mostly wet boards have risen in price. And the price of a bag of cement has risen from 7.5 manats to 8 manats. There is practically no growth in small construction materials. Roofing costs 12-18 manats, and nails - 2-3 manats per kg. Prices for rebar and drywall also remain unchanged. But at that, depending on the manufacturer, the material can be cheap and expensive. The prices for drywall mainly range from 6-11 manats.

And among the cheaper building materials there are roofing ones. According to the sellers, despite the fact that they provided serious discounts, they were unable to increase demand.

As for the prices of floor materials, according to sellers, laminate prices start from 10.50 manats. 1 sq m of parquet costs from 35 to 120 manats.
