September 24, Fineko/abc.az. Shares of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) were also acquired by 48 international investors.

ABC.AZ reports that ABB chairman of board Abbas Ibrahimov said about this at a briefing on the results of the share issue.

"As part of the initial public offering, 48 international investors also acquired shares in ABB. Of them, 44 were new investors, and 4 already had shares. It is worth noting that during the first public offering, we focused on the acquisition of shares by Azerbaijani citizens," Ibrahimov said.

He noted that next year it is predicted that the dividend yield of ABB shares will exceed 15%.

"As of September 1, 2024, ABB received net profit of 212 million manats. This year, dividend yield for the bank's shareholders has reached 15.1%, and it is expected that next year this figure will exceed 15%," Ibrahimov stressed.
